1: All orders placed with churchflowers.co.uk are despatched within 24 hours of order receipt by first class post. We always try to ensure that deadlines and order dates are met. Delivery is normally within the timeframe specified elsewhere on this website. However, exact time of arrival cannot be guaranteed. churchflowers.co.uk cannot be held responsible for delays within the General Postal System and events outside of our control.

Please note: At certain peak times all postal deliveries may be subject to delays. If a delivery date is crucial, please ensure you leave enough time for your order to arrive.

2. All orders are despatched in strong packaging to ensure survival in the post. Any breakages must be notified to us within 3 days of you receiving your order. A full refund may be given, but we may ask you to send the items back for inspection.

3. Due to high demand at certain periods of the year, some products may be temporarily unavailable at time of ordering. Goods will be despatched as soon as they come back into stock.

4. churchflowers.co.uk reserve the right at any time to remove any product due to safety or production problems from this website.

5. churchflowers.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury caused through misuse of its products.

6. Delivery charges and shipping

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase, for example shipping.

Please ensure that you have obtained a returns number from us prior to returning any goods. Goods will not be accepted without a valid returns number.

7. To return an item

To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the return address listed on our website. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories, then send the package to the return address listed on our website.

8. Complaints

We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days.

9. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, post and packing, and shipping). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

Churchflowers.co.uk Terms & Conditions specific to Flower shipments

1. To ensure your flowers arrive for the date requested it is our policy to post 48 hours before the arrival date.
2. Flowers 'may' arrive in bud for maximum life.
3. Flowers are dispatched Monday to Friday - with no Saturday or Sunday dispatch. Please order before 10am GMT for despatch that day to ensure arrival within 48 hours.
4. Due to the stringent quality controls, we reserve the right in exceptional circumstances to substitute flowers or packaging of equal or greater value.
5. At Christmas and Mothers day due to the large volume of orders we have to restrict the number of bouquets available for this period. We reserve the right to substitute any bouquet if not available for a bouquet of equal or greater value.
6. Flowers may vary throughout the year according to season and crop timings and therefore may not match the illustrations, however please be assured that full value is always given.
